Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using this platform. By accessing or using any part of this service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the platform or use any of its services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing course materials, participating in seminars, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms, and the term "you" refers to that organization.


2. Changes to Terms

Attestnode reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If a modification is material, reasonable notice will be provided prior to the new terms taking effect.


3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users between the ages of 16 and 18 should review these terms with a parent or legal guardian. Attestnode does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If it becomes aware that a child under 16 has provided personal data, the relevant account may be suspended and data removed.

You agree to notify Attestnode immediately at contact@attestnode.sbs if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Attestnode will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.3 One Account Per User

You may not create more than one account for personal use. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without that person's explicit consent and authorization.


5. Use of the Service

5.1 Permitted Use

The Service is provided solely for lawful educational and professional development purposes. You may access and use content, participate in seminars, engage in discussions, and submit work only as permitted by these terms and any additional guidelines posted on the platform.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Misrepresentation Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
Commercial Misuse Using the Service to advertise, sell, or solicit goods or services without express written consent from Attestnode
Data Harvesting Scraping, crawling, or using automated means to access or extract data from the Service
Academic Integrity Submitting work that is not your own, facilitating academic dishonesty, or engaging in any form of plagiarism

Attestnode reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in its sole discretion, violates any of the above provisions, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting conduct to relevant authorities.


6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to course materials, lecture recordings, written analyses, graphics, software, and instructional designs, is the property of Attestnode or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use Attestnode's name, trademarks, logos, or other proprietary marks.

6.2 User-Submitted Content

By submitting, posting, or otherwise making content available through the Service, including discussion contributions, project submissions, and feedback, you grant Attestnode a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

6.3 Feedback

7.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific programme or subscription purchased. Details are provided at the point of sale or in the programme description. Attestnode is not obligated to issue refunds outside of any expressly stated refund policy for a given offering.

7.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies that arise from your use of the Service, unless Attestnode is required by law to collect and remit such amounts on your behalf.

Educational content provided through the Service is intended for informational and professional development purposes only. Attestnode does not guarantee any specific learning outcome, career result, or professional qualification as a result of using the Service.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Attestnode, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

In no event shall Attestnode's total aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred dollars (100.00) or the amount you paid to Attestnode in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Attestnode on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Attestnode concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
